The Third Amendment exercises the existing five- year renewal option and extends the term from February 2, 2027, through February 1, 2032, grants the County one additional five-year renewal option subject to the Licensor's approval, updates the County's notice information, and adds counterpart and administration provisions. Additional Information: Maricopa County and Troon Country Club, Inc. entered into the original License Agreement in 2012 for the County's operation of an air quality monitoring site on approximately 100 square feet of Troon Country Club property at 24303 North Alma School Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. The First Amendment extended the agreement through February 1, 2022, and the Second Amendment extended the term through February 1, 2027 and granted the County an additional five-year renewal option. The proposed Third Amendment exercises that renewal option through February 1, 2032 and grants the County one additional five-year renewal option, subject to Troon Country Club's approval.
