RESOLUTION NO. 5
130th STREET & CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD PAVING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND WARRANT
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the 130th Street & Chandler Heights Road Paving 
Improvement District has duly assessed, under Resolution No. 2, the Resolution of Intention, the costs and 
expenses of the improvement within said district, known as Improvement Project No. 1, in the County of 
Maricopa, State of Arizona, as described in said Resolution of Intention, and
WHEREAS, the 25th day of March, 2026, was fixed for the hearing of said assessment by action of 
the Board of Directors of the said Improvement District, and
WHEREAS, notice thereof has been given as required by law by publication two (2) days, in the 
Arizona Business Gazette, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the County of Maricopa, and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made by anyone to said assessment or to any of the previous 
proceedings connected therewith, or if any having been held insufficient, and hence rejected or denied, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the total costs and expenses of said improvement have been assessed 
upon each of the several pieces, parcels, lots, portions of lots and parcels of land included within the 
assessment district described in the Resolution of Intention for said work, in proportion to the benefits to be 
received by each of said pieces, parcels, lots, portions of lots and parcels of land, and that none of the 
respective pieces, parcels, lots, portions of lots and parcels of land have been assessed in excess of the 
benefits to be received from said improvement by such respective pieces, parcels, lots, portions of lots and 
parcels of land, and
WHEREAS, said assessments in all respects comply with the laws providing for such assessment 
and under which said improvement was ordered, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 130TH STREET & CHANDLER 
HEIGHTS ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, that the said assessment and warrant so made as aforesaid 
by the Superintendent of Streets and recorded as aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby affirmed and 
approved.
PASSED by the Board of Directors of the said Improvement District, this 25th day of March, 2026.
