TEMPORARY WORKSPACE AND ACCESS AGREEMENT 
RE: Project: Line 2215 Pipeline Relocation 
AFE: 303792 
Landowner Parcel: 142-60-005M; 142-60-003P; 142-60-005C 
Section 5, Township 2N, Range 1E 
Flood Control District of Maricopa County, (hereinafter collectively called “Grantor”) of the real 
property commonly known as Flood Control District of Maricopa County. Parcel No. 142-60-005M 
located in Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East (the “Property”); it is hereby acknowledged, do 
hereby grant unto El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (“EPNG”), its contractors, subcontractors, 
agents, and employees, the right to use temporary workspace (TWS) on the Property, northeast of and 
adjacent to EPNG’s existing 30’ easement. The general area is depicted on Exhibit “A” Temporary 
Workspace and Additional Temporary Workspace and together shall constitute the “Temporary 
Workspace,” and shall be utilized for the sole purposes of accessing with equipment during scheduled 
pipeline relocation. Incidental use of areas outside of, but adjacent to, the Temporary Workspace will be 
permitted so long as it is used in the same manner as the Temporary Workspace. 
This Temporary Workspace and Access Agreement is effective when fully executed through April 
30, 2026, and may be extended an additional period of one (1) month.  
EPNG shall indemnify and hold the Grantor harmless from any loss, injury, claim, damage, cost or 
expense to person or property to the extent caused by the negligence of EPNG, its representatives, 
employees, contractors, or subcontractors in its use of the Temporary Workspace. 
Upon completion of construction, EPNG shall (a) restore the Temporary Workspace, to the extent 
practical, to its pre-construction condition; (b) have no further rights in and to the Temporary Work Space; 
and (c) settle or correct damages to fences, improvements, and growing crops, if any.
