Arizona, GRANTOR, for the sum of Forty Five Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($45,000.00), and 
other valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, paid by Quik 
Trucking LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, by this Deed does grant, sell, and convey unto the 
said GRANTEE all that certain real property situated in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, 
described as follows:

Attached hereto and incorporated herein 
The GRANTOR hereby conveys unto GRANTEE all warranties of title for its acts and not the 
acts of others, of any nature whatsoever. 
This property conveyance is subject to: assessments, reservations, easements, rights-of-way, and 
deed restrictions as may appear on record.

in a FEMA “Zone AE” floodplain which is considered a Special Flood Hazard (SFHA). No habitable 
structure of any kind may be placed, erected or maintained on any portion of this parcel. Any development 
other than a habitable structure on any portion of this property within the floodplain will require approval 
of the local floodplain regulatory body. This restriction shall run with the land and every part thereof. 
GRANTOR reserves the right to enforce this deed restriction at its sole option. Enforcement shall be by 
proceedings at law or in equity against any person violating or attempting to violate the aforesaid. 
Nothing contained in this deed restriction shall be construed as alleviating the requirement to obtain any 
and all permits or approvals required for construction from the applicable jurisdiction.
