Amendment to the INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT

THE MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
And the
MARICOPA COUNTY STADIUM DISTRICT,
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY,
AND MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT
For the
JOINT ADOPTION OF BOARD OF SUPERVISOR POLICIES

The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the Maricopa County Stadium District from the 
existing agreement and all related existing policies governed by this agreement.  
This IGA and Amendment only applies to BOS policies with an effective date on or after April 11, 
2018. 
RECITALS
Whereas pursuant to A.R.S. 48-4202(E) membership in the Maricopa County Stadium District 
has changed, and 
Whereas to reflect that change the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Flood Control 
District of Maricopa County, and Maricopa County Library District desire to update this 
agreement for the Joint Adoption of Board of Supervisor Policies and all related existing 
policies
NOW, THEREFORE, all Parties of the Agreement hereby agree as follows:

The Maricopa County Stadium District (Stadium District) is no longer a party to this agreement, 
nor any policies related to this agreement. Maricopa County staff will revise all related policies 
to reflect the removal of the Stadium District. 
Except as provided herein, all other Terms and Conditions of the original Agreement will remain 
in full force and effect.
