Approve Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and City of Goodyear for the 
acquisition of right of way on properties within unincorporated Maricopa County as impacted by 
Goodyear’s Capitol Improvement Project #42048 Sarival Ave: Yuma Rd to Elwood St.
Located in Supervisory District 5.
General Vicinity: Sarival Ave from Yuma Rd to Elwood St.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
The City of Goodyear is requesting this IGA to assist with acquiring the right-of-way for their 
Capital Improvement Project #42048 Sarival Ave: Yuma Rd to Elwood St. The Project will 
reconstruct and widen the west half of Sarival Avenue from Yuma Road to Elwood Street by 
providing two southbound through lanes, a center median with landscaping, irrigation, lighting, 
curbing, gutter, and sidewalk. New traffic signal at Lower Buckeye and Sarival intersection.
