Approve Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and City of Glendale for the 
acquisition of right of way on properties within unincorporated Maricopa County as impacted by 
Glendale’s Capitol Improvement Project #202121 83rd Ave from Glendale Ave to Northern Ave.
Located in Supervisory District 4.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
The City of Glendale is requesting this IGA to assist with acquiring the right-of-way for their 
Capital Improvement Project #202121 83rd Ave from Glendale Ave to Northern Ave. The Project 
will widen 83rd Ave and include the construction of a bike lane, curb, gutter and sidewalk along 
83rd Avenue as well as a dedicated right turn lane on 83rd Ave at Glendale Ave.
