Temporary Workspace and Access Agreement
Action Requested: 
Approve and execute a Temporary Workspace and Access Agreement for El Paso Natural Gas Company 
to use a portion of Maricopa County owned parcels APN(s) 142-60-009E and 142-60-003Q for a 
temporary workspace for the sole purpose of accessing equipment during the scheduled pipeline 
relocation. This agreement is effective March 1, 2026 through April 30,2026.

Additional Information:
The natural gas pipeline is being relocated as part of the MCDOT’s Northern Parkway Project and also 
impacts the recently purchased West Valley Animal Care and Control site.
