MARICOPA COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICES APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT
In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106 (B), approve the following amendments to the FY 
2026 budget:
1. Increase the expenditure authority for Recorder (D360) General Fund (100) Non 
Recurring (NRNP) budget by $550,000.
2. Decrease the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund 
(100) Non Recurring (NRNP) in the line “Recorder Contingency” (4711) budget 
by $550,00.
These actions will have a County-wide net impact of $0 and they do not alter the budget 
constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to 
A.R.S. 42-17105.
