DESCRIPTION OF SECURITY MEASURES:

Perimeter Security:

A block wall fence surrounds 3 sides of the venue. The only exit to the
parking lot is through the venue. Event staff will be manning the check-in
table to prevent leaving the venue with opened alcohol. Only alcoholic
items bought as auction items (sealed) will be allowed to leave premises.

Interior Boundaries:

A portion of the venue will be sectioned off for the Gala event. Guests will
not be permitted to roam the entire grounds outside the bar/grazing area of
the patio. A barrier using the entertainment station, bar, food, and other
gala décor flair will be used to delineate the event space.

Staff Security:

Licensed bar tenders and caterers will be used to staff the event. These
individuals are trained to spot overconsumption, and prevent guests from
leaving with an open beverage, as well as cutting off guests when they've
had too many beverages.

POS Control Measures:

Alcoholic beverage purchases will not be allowed at the venue. Guests must
buy beverage tickets in advance through an online POS. This will limit the
risk of overconsumption.

Underage Drinking:

This is an adults-only event. Anyone below the age of 21 will not be allowed
to purchase beverage tickets and will have ID requested if the bartender
suspects an underage guest.
