Germann Road, Mesa, Arizona 85212, parcel 304-63-979 within Foreign Trade Zone 221. In particular, we understand the Foreign Trade Zone designation and resulting tax implications in reclassifying for property tax purposes. JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. real and personal property located at the site referenced above is requesting to be eligible to receive the Class 6 assessment ratio of 5% in correspondence with the creation of their Foreign Trade Zone. Maricopa County expresses “no-objection” to the FTZ designation and proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
