JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. for FTZ Property Tax Concurrence “No Objection” 
Dear Ms. Whiteman:
The undersigned being a duly authorized representative of Maricopa County does hereby 
acknowledge that Maricopa County has no-objection to the proposed Foreign Trade Zone 
(FTZ) and property tax reclassification of all future real and personal property for JX 
Advanced Metals USA, Inc. to be located at 10036 E. Germann Road, Mesa, Arizona 
85212, parcel 304-63-979 within Foreign Trade Zone 221.  
In particular, we understand the Foreign Trade Zone designation and resulting tax 
implications in reclassifying for property tax purposes. JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. real 
and personal property located at the site referenced above is requesting to be eligible to 
receive the Class 6 assessment ratio of 5% in correspondence with the creation of their 
Foreign Trade Zone.  Maricopa County expresses “no-objection” to the FTZ designation 
and proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
