Action Requested: 
Approve and execute Warranty Deed to the City of Phoenix for Roadway Dedication over a part of 
APN(s) 105-17-007 and 105-17-003M. this The dedication is required by the City of Phoenix and is for a 
deceleration lane. to be constructed and maintained by the City of Phoenix The deceleration lane will 
serve as an entrance toat the Maricopa County Library District sorting facility currently being 
constructed on the southwest corner of 27th Avenue and Durango Street.

THIS ACTION REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. 
Additional Information:
Maricopa County and the Flood Control District entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement July 23, 
2025, IGA FCD 2025A012 (C-69-26-002-X-00 and C-78-26-003-X-00) for the property exchange of property 
to support public infrastructure and Flood Control access for the New River Channelization Project and 
Maricopa County Library District Sorting Facility. This Warranty Deed allows for the City of Phoenix to 
construct and maintain a deceleration lane at the Library District sorting facility currently under 
construction at 2701 W. Durango Street.
