In response to your request to provide a Street Light Improvement District document 
and monthly energy cost estimate, attached is the Streetlight Agreement for the 
above-mentioned Streetlight Improvement District. 
 
Below is the estimated monthly cost breakdown. There are 41 lights and 20 street light 
poles that are included in this district.  Listed below is the estimated monthly billing.  
Any additional parcels not listed in this estimate will result in additional monthly 
energy costs.   
 
Please let me know when the Streetlight Agreement is approved by the county.  APS 
has designed the lights according to the approved layout.   
 
Once the SLID is formed, please forward a copy of the approved resolution to me.
