Commodities Room: Approximately 656 sf of _walls, to be prepped and painted b. Rest Rooms Ladies and Men's: Approximately 738 sf of walls combined, prep and paint. c. Classroom: Approximately 725 sf of walls to be painted (Light Grey). Approximately 240 sf to be painted (Dark Grey) Demolition a. Remove existing rubber base. Flooring a. All LVT will be placed over existing floor surfaces: Over sanded VCT or bare concrete with feathered transition between the varying surfaces. b. Supply and install resilient flooring in the commodities room +/-364 sf. c. Supply and install porcelain tile keystone mosaic flooring in both restrooms +/-256 sf. d. Adjust height of existing Men’s Room floor drain — cut, replace and lower drain housing e. Repair subfloor @ floor drain in Men’s Rrm-remove adjacent concrete and replace to drain Excludes: 1.
