Present: Alexis Hermosillo, Mayor; Roy Delgado, Vice Mayor; Monica Dorcey, Councilmember; Mike
Hutchinson, Councilmember; David Shapera, Councilmember; Donna Winston, Councilmember 
Absent: Anita Norton, Councilmember

SPECIAL AGENDA - Meeting was called to order at 6:01 PM.
 
1.
Consideration and action to approve Resolution R20-11-24 accepting the canvass of election for the
November 3, 2020 General Election and declaring of record the Final Official Results regarding the
ratification of the 2020 General Plan Update.  (City Clerk)
There were no questions from Council.
  
 
 
Vice Mayor Delgado moved to approve Resolution R20-11-24 accepting the canvass of election for the
November 3, 2020 General Election; seconded by Councilmember Shapera. 
 
Vote: 6 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
 
3.
ADJOURNMENT - Vice Mayor Delgado moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:03 pm; seconded by
Councilmember Shapera.
Vote: 6 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
