Dear Mr. Castaneda,
Pursuant to the City of El Mirage request for proposal, the following are the estimated fee proposals
to perform a comprehensive asbestos inspections on each of the above referenced City Buildings. According
to the information supplied to Dominion Environmental Consultants Inc. (Dominion), the City of El Mirage is
requesting the comprehensive asbestos inspections for the proper management of any identified asbestos in
the facilities.
The City of El Mirage instructed the bidders to utilize the number of building materials outlined in the
request for proposal along with any labor needed to complete the onsite sampling and reports. The scope of
services and estimated fee proposal per facility are as follows:

The previously referenced estimated fees for the labor hours and samples are in accordance with
Dominion’s Arizona State contract (#ADEQ18-189203). If the actual number of labor hours or samples are
different than the estimate, the City of El Mirage will only be charged for the actual number of samples and
hours utilized to complete the project.
