*Affiliate Partnering Agencies are the police departments of Avondale, Peoria, &Surprise. 
  
Rates are subject to change per direction from GRPSTC Director or any market adjustments. 
All reservations must be cancelled with a 2 week notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 
Costs associated with damage to equipment or facilities will be charged accordingly. 
 
1Rooms identified with “+ chairs” identify the # of chairs around the table and the           
 number of available chairs against the wall of the conference room  
2Rate includes technology replacement fee 
3Cost does not include defensive tactics equipment 
4Any training exercise requiring the use of instructors and/or safety officers will be invoiced at actual overtime rates.  All live burn 
evolutions require approved safety officers and prop technicians. Any partnering agency utilizing the GRPSTC for training events must 
provide the number of mandatory safety officers as determined by the training event complexity. If a partnering agency cannot provide the 
required number of qualified safety officers they may utilize GRPSTC personnel at the expense detailed above.   
5Permit required for confined space entries 
6Rates for Vent Prop, Flashover Chamber and Foam Prop do not include the wood package or cars to be burned.  
7Rates for Natural Gas & Propane Props do not include the price of propane and gas. 
8 Targets and ammunition are the responsibility of the Affiliate Partnering Agency and the Non-Partnering Agency. 
9 When participating in training that is already a GRPSTC scheduled Drivers Training Class. 
  
10 Vehicles inspected (acceptable by the GRPSTC designee) vehicles will be supplied by the  
participant’s agency. 
11 Props specific to fire and police training will be evaluated and approved for non-partnering use on a case by case basis. 
12 Per Capita costs apply if police training has already been planned and scheduled.  Examples:  Advanced Officer Training or Patrol 
Training 
13 GRPSTC Fee Waiver Request – for approval, agency must provide Certificate of Insurance as well as meet 2 of the following 3 criteria:  
1) non-profit organization; 2) no fees being charged for attendance; 3) a clear and articulate benefit to GRPSTC, Partnering Agencies 
and/or Community.
