considered, except as provided in the City of El Mirage Procurement Code, Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Invitation to Bid number and the bidder’s

in full force and effect provided, however, that this Bond is executed pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-201, Arizona Revised

Pursuant to the request for bids to be opened on May 6, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., Arizona Time, at the City of
El Mirage City Hall, 10000 N. El Mirage Road, El Mirage, AZ, for the above project, the Contractor
proposes to complete all the work shown on the plans and in accordance with these bid documents and

Q3. Are material delivery workers covered under the Wage Determination?

A3. A delivery driver who does not engage in the construction on the site is not covered under
the Wage Determination. If the delivery driver delivers goods and supplies for the
prime/lower tier contractor and then works on the site, the employee would be covered
under the Wage Determination for the time they are working in the construction activities,
