The proposed project will help to maintain water quality and replace a water line that is well beyond its maximum service life. This will benefit public safety and water utility customers. New This project will replace water mains and services that are nearing their end of useful life. The existing water mains and services are nearly 50 years old and beyond repair. Replacing the water mains and related appurtenances will reduce the risk of downtime and mitigate the health risks associated with a contaminated water supply.
