RESOLUTION R25-05-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA SETTING FEES AND SERVICE
CHARGES.
WHEREAS, the written report of the updated fees and charges has been properly posted for the
required period in accordance with ARS Section 9-511.01;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of El Mirage that:
Section 1. The Fees and Service Charges, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. The adopted fees will become effective July 1, 2025.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of El Mirage,
Arizona, this 6th day of May, 2025.
