The above reference solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 
 
1. The Additional Products and Services excel document on OpenGov Procurement, Vendor 
Submissions, Section 2. Cost, 2.6 Additional Products and Services has been updated. Download, 
complete and upload the revised cost form.  
 
All other provisions of the solicitation shall remain in their entirety.  Firms should acknowledge receipt of 
this amendment electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal for this project prior to the due 
date and time referenced above.
