RESOLUTION BY WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE MANAGER OF
FIG CAPITAL INVESTMENTS, LLC

FIG CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FIG
Capital”), as the Manager of FIG 20, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the
“Company”), hereby certifies that the following resolutions have been adopted by FIG Capital,
as the Manager of the Company, and that such Resolutions have not been amended or rescinded
and are in full force and effect on the date hereof:

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Article VIII of the Operating Agreement of FIG 20 LLC
dated March 11, 2020 (the “Company Operating Agreement”), FIG Capital appoints
Rachel Beck as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In accordance with Article VIII of
the Company Operating Agreement, Rachel Beck, as the Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, may execute documents or instruments on behalf of the Company, including, but
not limited to, agreements, contracts, checks, drafts, mortgages, leases, deeds and bills of sale.

RESOLVED, that Rachel Beck, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company is
authorized to obligate and bind the Company and, on behalf of and in the name of the
Company, to take any action of any kind and to do anything it deems necessary or
advisable in pursuit of the Company’s purposes.

RESOLVED, that all acts, transactions, or agreements undertaken prior to the adoption
of these Resolutions by Rachel Beck acting on behalf of the Company in connection with the
foregoing matters are hereby ratified, confirmed, and adopted.
