LOCATION: Dysart Rd – Northern Pkwy to Peoria Ave
Dear Bryce,
This letter serves as a letter of agreement for Arizona Public Service Company ("APS")
Work Authorization No. WA398120 relating to the above-mentioned project. The
following is an outline of the costs and responsibilities of APS and the City of El Mirage
("City").
The City has requested that APS relocate existing overhead 69kV with overhead 12kV
under build facilities in conflict with Dysart Rd – Northern Pkwy to Peoria Ave
Improvements as part of the City Project EM20-ST02.
To be provided and installed by APS
1)
This overhead 69kV & 12kV relocation will provide electrical materials and
electrical man hours to remove 4 wood poles, install four steel poles, transfer
1,608 feet of existing conductor to new poles and re-tension the conductor. The
City shall reimburse APS $289,515.02 for the design and construction of the
above-described overhead relocation.

above costs and responsibility. All final billings will be based on actual costs at the end

The City agrees to reimburse APS the amount of $289,515.02 for all the work
APS performed in association with City’s project.

The individual executing this Agreement on behalf of City represents and
warrants: (i) that he or she is authorized to do so on behalf of City; (ii) that
