LOCATION: Dysart Rd – Northern Pkwy to Peoria Ave
Dear Bryce,
This letter serves as a letter of agreement for Arizona Public Service Company ("APS")
Work Authorization No. WA538297 relating to the above-mentioned project. The
following is an outline of the costs and responsibilities of APS and the City of El Mirage
("City").
1)
The City has requested that APS convert existing overhead 12kV to underground
at Olive Ave & Peoria Ave on Dysart Rd that conflict with City Project EM20-ST02 -
Dysart Rd – Northern Pkwy to Peoria Ave Improvements.
2)
This conversion will provide trench and conduit electrical materials and electrical
man hours to Remove overhead 3-477V approx. 1,015’, remove 1 steel pole,
remove 1 OH recloser, remove 1 down guy, install 3 down guys, install 1 steel
pole, install 7 primary dips, install underground primary 3-UA1100 approx. 2,804’,
install underground primary 3-UA750 approx. 1,811’, install 1 OH recloser, install
three switching cabinets and install all primary terminations. The City shall
reimburse APS $755,031.00 for the design and construction of the above-
described conversion.

The project cost breakdown is as follows:

above costs and responsibility. All final billings will be based on actual costs at the end

The City agrees to reimburse APS the amount of $755,031.00 for all the work
APS performed in association with City’s project.
