faith contract with another party to perfonn the work covered by the bid/proposal, then this obligation is void. Otherwise it remains
in full force and effect provided, however, that this Bond is executed pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-201, Arizona Revised
Statutes, and all liabilities on this Bond shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the section to the extent as if it
were copied at length herein.
The prevailing party in a suit on this bond shall recover as part of his judgment such reasonable attorneys' fees as may be
fixed by a judge of the Court.

Indicate the proposed cost per ton to be paid by the City of El Mirage for the sludge hauling and disposal
services for the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and furnishing reports. Include all costs/fees
(three (3) roll-offs, transportation, disposal, fuel surcharge & taxes) associated.
For purposes of this calculation only, the CITY is estimating:
Eight (8) tons of sludge per day X five (5) days per week X 52 weeks per year = 2,080 tons of sludge to
be hauled per year.

vi. Description of proposed method(s) to be used in the disposal of sludge
Parks & Sons will provide the City with three (3) 20-yard roll-off containers that are
specially outfitted to contain and prevent the spill of liquids. This equipment will be left at
the City's facility so that the empty and full containers can be swapped by City personnel on
their own timelines. Repairs needed to these containers due to the normal wear and tear
from every day use will be the responsibility of Parks & Sons, and will be performed in a
timely manner.
Parks & Sons will utilize qualified personnel to operate roll-off refuse vehicles that will
load, transport, empty, and unload containers with the sludge. Disposal of the sludge will
be performed at a certified facility that is permitted to receive this material.
