SuiteOne is a complete audio/video on-demand and live streaming platform purpose built for council, board, commission, committee, and agency meetings. Citizens and staff have immediate access to meeting content, agendas, minutes, and more. Citizens and staff can easily search, browse, and listen to/view meeting content. Citizens can even personalize their webcasting experience with subscriptions and favorites. SuiteOne contains all the tools for staff members to easily manage the publishing, archiving, and reporting process for all meetings. Your cost for the SuiteOne meeting webcasting solution includes a One-time Implementation Fee and an Annual Managed Services Fee. Prices do not include any applicable taxes. *The Implementation Fee includes SuiteOne site set-up, on-line training, and configuration.
