SECTION I. ACTION 
The following change(s) will become effective when all approvals/signatures are completed. The Agreement is:

Amended to include the following updates:
1.
Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits Modernization.
a. Remove all language for the General Unemployment Insurance Development Effort (GUIDE) application.
b. Add the Comprehensive Arizona Claims Tracking and Unemployment Insurance Support System (CACTUS).
c. CACTUS access is called “External View Only Access”.
Except as specified above, all the terms of the original Agreement will continue to be in effect.
