COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE (CI) CONTRACT

I. 
The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below: 
A. 
Agreement Term shall be updated from July 1, 2023—June 30, 2025, to July 1, 2023— 
August 31, 2028. 
B. 
Maximum payable amount shall be updated to $1,727,228.26. The additional $1,140,946 
increase is to fund the additional 38 months. The project budget for July 1, 2025 to 
August 31, 2028 is set out in Exhibit A, which begins on page 2. 
II. 
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
