A roadway alignment, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right 
of way as shown on the right of way plans for Taft Ave and Vine St, Project Number 
MH2508, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying in the 
Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, 
Maricopa County, Arizona.
Said roadway is described as Taft from Center to Vine and Vine from Taft to Roosevelt, 
is depicted on the attached Exhibit “B” and lying in Supervisor District 4.
