NEVITT and MARK SCHNEPF, will be held on November 11, 2025. To vote in this election, a qualified elector must own real property located within the District’s taxable boundaries at least 90 days prior (August 13, 2025) to the election. The election will be held on November 11, 2025, Tuesday. Ballots will be mailed to each landowner of record between October 15, 2025, and October 27, 2025. The deadline for physicalreturn of the ballot is 6:00 pm, on November 11, 2025, Tuesday. Ballots must be postmarked no later than November 7, 2025, and received by the District on November 11, 2025, to be counted. The locationto return the ballots is the District office at 34630 North Schnepf Road, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85140. You may obtain a replacement ballot ifa ballot is destroyed, lost, spoiled or not received by the District by presenting yourself at the District office and making an affidavit that the ballot has been destroyed, lost, spoiled or not received, and you will be given a new ballot. This must be done no later than 6:00 pm, on November 11, 2025, Tuesday. To be an elector at this election, you must have been a property owner for at least 90 days prior to the election (August 13, 2025), and you must be over 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. If the land is held in the name ofa corporation, a partnership, or a limited liability company, those entities must designate in writing the officer or partner who is authorized to cast the vote of the entity owning the land, and that designation must be submitted to the District by October 12, 2025.
