AMENDMENT 1 to the
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT

MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, on behalf of
CHANDLER GILBERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE
And MARICOPA COUNTY on behalf of 
THE OFFICE OF MEDICAL EXAMINER
This Amendment No. 1 revises amends the above referenced Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) dated May 6, 
2020 between Maricopa County Community College District (“MCCCD”) for Chandler-Gilbert Community College 
(“CGCC”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and the MARICOPA COUNTY on behalf of the OFFICE OF 
MEDICAL EXAMINER (“MCOME”).  
This Amendment is made as of the date of the last signature affixed below between MCCCD and MCOME.
The parties agree as follows:
Per Section 3 of the IGA, MCCCD and MCOME agree to amend the term of the IGA, and extend the Term for an 
additional Five Years or until May 6, 2030 (First Extended Term).  
Except as modified or amended in this Amendment, all other provisions of the IGA remain the same.
