RESOLUTION NO. R24-125 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE FROM THE ARIZONA 
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR A GRANT IN 
THE AMOUNT OF $408,000 ON BEHALF OF THE GLENDALE 
FIRE DEPARTMENT. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby accepts the Grant offer 
from the Arizona Department of Administration in the amount of $408,000 on behalf of the 
Glendale Fire Department to provide implementation of a comprehensive fire incident 
management and response system.  
 
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized and directed to 
execute any and all documents necessary for the acceptance of said grant on behalf of the City of 
Glendale. 
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 26th day of November, 2024.
