RESOLUTION NO. R24-130 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA22-12 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 43RD AVENUE AND ORANGEWOOD AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA22-12 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from OFC (Office) to MHDR 8 (Medium-High Density Residential: 5.0 to 8.0 d/u per acre) for property located at the northwest corner of 43rd Avenue and Orangewood Avenue PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 26th day of November, 2024.
