R24-132 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA24-03 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 59TH AVENUE AND MERCER LANE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA24-03 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from OFC (Office) to PC (Planned Commercial) for property located at the northwest corner of 59th Avenue and Mercer Lane.
