MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA 
 
 
WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Grand Canyon University (“School”) have entered into a Clinical 
Education Agreement executed on April 22nd, 2020 (“Agreement”).  
 
WHEREAS, County and School have agreed to renew this Agreement. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: 
 
The Agreement shall be renewed for a five-year term from March 4th, 2025, and ending March 4th, 2030.  
 
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. If there is any conflict between the 
terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, in all such events the terms of this Amendment shall control. 
 
This Amendment is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511. 
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Amendment is executed on the date set forth below when executed by both Parties'
