AMENDMENT No. 2 To AGREEMENT Between VALLE DEL SOL, INC & MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Valle del Sol, Inc. (“VDS”) (“Contractor”) have entered into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing a collaborative protocol executed on April 4, 2023 (“Agreement”). WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: The Agreement shall be renewed for a two-year term from April 5, 2025, and ending April 4, 2027. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. If there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, in all such events the terms of this Amendment shall control. This Amendment is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511.
