MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA 
 
 
WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Intensive Treatment Systems of Arizona (“ITS”) (“Contractor”) have 
entered into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing a collaborative protocol executed May 24th, 2023 
(“Agreement”).  
 
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: 
 
The Agreement shall be renewed for a two-year term from May 24th, 2025, and ending May 23rd, 2027.  
 
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. If there is any conflict between the 
terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, in all such events the terms of this Amendment shall control. 
 
This Amendment is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511. 
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Contract Amendment is executed on the date set forth below when executed by both
