RESOLUTION RESOLUTION FOR DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY — DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT AGENT FOR MITIGATION PROGRAM The intent of this RESOLUTION is to appoint an APPLICANT’S AGENT for the Hazard Mitigation Program for the following term: UNITL FURTHER NOTICE BE 1S RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MAIROPCA COUNTY THAT the Director of Emergency Management, is hereby authorized to execute for, and on behalf of the Maricopa County Department of Emergency Management, an entity established under the iaws of the State of Arizona, this application and to file it in the appropriate state office for the purpose of obtaining certain financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act or Hazard Mitigation of Assistance Grants. THAT Maricopa County, an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona, hereby authorizes its agent to provide information to state and federal authorities for all matters pertaining to disaster assistance.
