A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TOLLESON, 
ARIZONA, ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE TOLSUN FARMS I IRRIGATION 
WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT. 
WHEREAS, certain landowners within the Tolsun Farms I Subdivision, which is located 
within the City of Tolleson and generally bounded by West Lillian Lane on the north between 87th 
Avenue and 91st Avenue and West Van Buren Street on the south,

TOLLESON, ARIZONA, as follows: 
Section 1. The recitals above are hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth 
herein.
