A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TOLLESON, 
ARIZONA, ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE TOLSUN FARMS II IRRIGATION 
WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT. 
WHEREAS, certain landowners within the Tolsun Farms II Subdivision, which is located 
within the City of Tolleson and generally bounded by 
on the 
north between North Christa Way and 91st Avenue and West Lillian Lane on the south, as more 
district to be known as the Tolsun Farms II 
 
WHEREAS, A.R.S. § 48-261.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
TOLLESON, ARIZONA, as follows: 
Section 1. The recitals above are hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth 
herein.
