This notice from Longhorn Ranch IWDD No. 51 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of 
Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 20, 2024.  In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District 
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint 
Donald Bilse, Mike Zahn, and Patrick Neylon who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he 
or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2025 to 
December 31, 2026.
