This Letter Agreement (Agreement) is intended to document the (INSERT AGENCY NAME) request for 
the purchase of XX (INSERT NUMBER OF PLANTS) tall pot plants. Specifically, the (INSERT AGENCY 
NAME) would like to purchase –


PURCHASED)
These tall pot plants will be purchased by the (INSERT AGENCY NAME) at a cost of $50.00 per plant, and 
such number of plants will be available from the District for pickup by the (INSERT AGENCY NAME) 
on/about (INSERT DATE).
The District will invoice the (INSERT AGENCY NAME) for the purchase price of the plants requested thirty 
days prior to the anticipated availability and pickup date. The plants will be released to the (INSERT 
AGENCY NAME) on/about the requested pickup date and after receipt of payment of the invoice.
