AT&T Mobility intends to modify its equipment at the wireless communication facility (the “Modification”). 
Please provide your consent on or before August 30, 2024 by signing below and returning to 
Richard.Stannard@crowncastle.com so that we may install AT&T Mobility’s equipment as permitted under the 
Lease.
