This Release and Extinguishment of Easement ("Release") is made by the Flood Control District of 
Maricopa County ("District"), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and is effective as of the date 
of recordation with the Pinal County Recorder. 
RECITALS 
WHEREAS the District acquired a permanent easement ("Easement") over a portion of land created by the 
following: (1) an unrecorded Permanent Easement for Flood Control District Purposes dated September 14, 
1964, which is part of Arizona State Land Department R/W 09-3681 and (2) a Permanent Easement dated 
June 29, 1964 (which is also part of Arizona State Land Department R/W 09-3681) which was recorded (i) 
on May 10, 1966 in Docket 6040, page 23 as Document No. 19660062390 and re-recorded December 28, 
1966 in Docket 6367, page 748 as Document No. 19660127981, in the records of the Maricopa County 
Recorder and (ii) on June 7, 1976 as Docket 825, Page 292 in the records of the Pinal County Recorder. 
The Easements were previously amended by: (1) the Amendment to Right of Way recorded October 25, 
2011 as Document No. 20110881064, in the records of the Maricopa County Recorder, which Amendment 
to Right of Way was also recorded August 16, 2024 as Document No. 2024062465, in the records of the 
Pinal County Recorder and (2) the Quit Claim Deed recorded July 26, 2011 as Document No. 20110619607, 
in the records of the Maricopa County Recorder, which Quit Claim Deed was also recorded July 7, 2011 as 
Document No. 2011062136, in the records of the Pinal County Recorder. The Easement was for the benefit 
of District Parcel known as Parcel SLD-09-3681A. 
WHEREAS District has determined that the easement area more particularly described on EXHIBIT "A" 
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference is no longer needed for the purposes stated therein 
and desires to release and extinguish said Easement. 
NOW, THEREFORE, District hereby forever releases, extinguishes, and disclaims any and all interest in 
and rights to the portion of land over which the District has easement rights as described in EXHIBIT "A"
