Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the Agreement for Construction of SRP Facilities, SRP is requesting written authorization from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to amend Exhibit A, Construction Bid Summary for the approved SRP contract #2100279, C-64-23-057-X-00. As noted in the Exhibit, the amount initially approved $1,081,036.00 was an estimate. Upon completion there will be a remaining balance of $302,312.80. Attached is the final invoice related to the labor, materials, and time to complete the relocation work related to MCDOT project TT0557: Broadway Bridge at Tempe Canal.
