A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FORMATION OF THE

HACIENDA DEL CAMPO IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT THROUGH MARICOPA COUNTY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL-OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:

SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes, Chapter 20, Title 48, Irrigation Water Delivery
Districts, includes the single-family residential properties bounded by Osborn Road to
the south, Clarendon Avenue to the north, 44th Street to the west, and 48th Street to
the east, is hereby authorized.
