Pursuant to an ISA with the Office of the Governor, the Office of the Secretary of State will utilize
Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to provide grants to Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal
counties equal to their respective FY2024 AVID assessment. Below, please find the FY2024 AVID

assessments by county.
