In compliance with A.R.S. §§ 16-646(D), 16-642(B) and 48-2389, 
please find
enclosed a certified copy of the Resolution of Canvass and the Official Election
Results ("Canvas") for all offices voted upon in the Regular Election of the Salt
River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District held on April 2, 2024.
Also enclosed is a copy of the Call of Election that was published at the outset of
the election pursuant to A.R.S. §16-227(A); The official results also reflect a total
of 8,682 voters were assigned
 4256.10 votes in this election.
My understanding is that this Canvas will be presented to the Board of Supervisors
canvas at the April 24, 2024, regular meeting and that it will be added to the
permanent record of the Clerk of the Board.

 the Board of Directors of the Salt River Project Agricultural
Improvement

Board Room at the SRP Project Administration
