The undersigned further acknowledges that he has visited the site and has
familiarized himself with local conditions affecting the cost of the WORK at the place where the
WORK is to be done. The undersigned further acknowledges that if his bid is accepted, he shall
be bound by the terms of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

In submitting this Bid, the undersigned agrees:

1. To furnish all material, labor, tools, expendable and construction
equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to furnish and install, in a
workmanlike manner, ail WORK at the PROJECT listed herein in strict conformity with the
Construction Documents prepared by Loenbro, LLC for the
consideration hereinafter set forth.

2. To hold his Bid open for not less than one hundred ninety days (90)
DAYS after the receipt of Bids and to accept the provisions of the instructions to BIDDERS
regarding disposition of BID SECURITY.

3. To enter into and execute a CONTRACT if awarded on the basis of this
Bid within ten (10) days after AWARD of the Bid, and to furnish a PERFORMANCE BOND, a

Labor & Material PAYMENT BOND and certificates of insurance in accord with the General
Construction Contract without CM A-l

Conditions and General Requirements of this CONTRACT and to deliver executed Bonds and

Insurance Certificates to TOWN'S representative within ten (10) DAYS following the issuance
of the NOTICE OF AWARD.

4. To utilize the subcontractors and suppliers attached to this Bid Form
unless authorized by the Town to substitute another subcontractor or supplier.

5. To achieve substantial completion and final completion within the time
period stated in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS taken from the date of NOTICE TO
PROCEED or the date otherwise established for the commencement of WORK.

6. The undersigned agrees that time is of the essence and TOWN will suffer
financial damages due to CONTRACTOR'S failure to complete the WORK within the
CONTRACT TIME. The liquidated damages shall be as follows for each calendar day beyond
the CONTRACT TIME for which CONTRACTOR shall fail to complete the WORK:

Substantial completion - $710.00 per calendar day
Final completion - $710.00 per calendar day

7. The undersigned has attached the required BID SECURITY and other
items required in the Instructions to BIDDERS. The BID SECURITY shall become the property
of TOWN of Wickenburg, Arizona, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional WORK
caused thereby in the event the CONTRACT and Bonds are not executed within the time set
forth above.

Installed 4700 LF of 24” and 2700 LF of 16” raw water lines, valves and
fittings and all ancillary work. Loenbro presented a VE option to the City
to use resilient wedge gate valves as a best-value option to their proposed
double disk valves. The wedge gate valves provided the same functionality
and production specifications as the disk valves, at a price of $40K tess
for each valve or $360K in total savings for 9 valves.

27th Avenue and Olney Storm Drain | FCDMC | $14.9M

Installed large diameter storm drain piping ranging from 30 to 84", new
12” DIP waterline and removed existing line, constructed catch basins,
manholes, and headwalls.

John Wayne Parkway Water Main | Global Water | $1.2M

Excavated, installed and backfilled 2,700 LF of 16” Diameter DIP water
line, valves and fittings for new retail and apartment complex service tie-
ins.

Phoenix 13 Water Main | Granite Construction | $1.2M

Excavated, installed and backfilled 1.5 miles of 12” diameter HDPE with 32 clean-outs and all necessary tie-ins.
Multiple unforeseen utility realignments led to the GC requesting Loenbro take the lead in mitigating these risks.

Loenbro also provide VE options when a separate scope item called for subcontracting HDPE fusion welding. With
no local pipe welders available, Loenbro and our vendor partner Ferguson proposed to the Client that as part of
the welding equipment rental package, Ferguson would train Loenbro’s craft on pipe welding to achieve industry
certifications in welding and inspecting pipe welds. This win/win saved the Client $200K in added expense for an
out-sourced welder and added another capability to Loenbro’s portfolio.

Florence Boulevard | Arizona Water Co. | $1.4M

2,500 LF of 24” DIP water line, gate vaives and tie-ins, replacing CLC. Loenbro requested and installed temporary
services to the nearby hospital when unforeseen utility conflicts became present.

Sossaman and Baseline Storm Drain | Nesbitt Contracting | $111K

Installed new storm drains under the intersection of Sossaman and baseline.

Queen Creek Town Center | Town of Queen Creek | $1.7M

1547 LF of RGRCP Storm Drain, removal of existing water and sewer lines and replacement.

North Copper Canyon 2A | Courtland Developers | $2.2M

All wet utility infrastructure for the new 188 home development consisting of 5,800 LF of 8” C-900, fitting and
188- 1” service lines; 55 new fire hydrants, stubs and valves; 4,800 LF of 8” SDR 35 sewer line with 17 manholes
and 188 services; 1200 LF of 12” C900 waterline and fittings rounded out the project scope.

Water and Sewer Off-sites | Air Products | $2.5M

Installed over 3,400 LF of 16” water main, and over 2,600 LF of 15” sewer line and new fire hydrants for the site
extensions to the municipality tie-ins. Air Products direct selected Loenbro for additional scope and contract
extension.

Quail Ranch Wet Underground Utilities | DH Horton | $5.8M

20,000 LF of C-900 water line with 52 new fire hydrant installations, 3,900 LF of 8” sewer line, 15 manholes and
storm drain installation. Loenbro oversaw hydrovac testing and CCTV camera inspections for pipe leaks. Additional
12” C-909 water line and 2 new hydrants were a part of a direct select extension.

Realigned box culverts and interchange; shore freight rail bridge with heavy traffic control planning.

Full line of civil infrastructure services and resurfacing 6 miles of SR77 6 miles road with 380 driveways, with new

Project Experience

Fire Hydrant Replace JOC | City of Scottsdale | $200K

As part of the City’s 11,000 hydrant replacement program, Loenbro has
completed work orders for 25 hydrants and stubs with another 25 slated
for later in the year.

Sorrento Raw Water Line JOC | Global Water Resources | $358K

Raw water collector line work consisted of excavation and installation of
12” DIP raw water line with, valves, fittings and incoming municipality tie-
ins. Well construction consisted modifications to the existing well with tie-
ins to the new well header, with delivery line to the new chlorine diffuser
and storage tank.

Rancho Mirage Pump Station JOC | Global Water Resources | $42K

Pipe-fitting and welding services to install 8” 304L stainless steel pipe for
influent and effluent along with a new booster pump. The concrete pad
was ground and grouted as our team meticulously set and verified pump
centerline and valve placement.

New Storm Drain | Town of Youngtown | $771K

Installed 931 LF of 24” RCP, 853 LF Of 18” RCP, and 186 LF of 12” RCP
along with 10 new manholes and 6 catch basins to alleviate flooding of
businesses and the Post Office along Alabama Ave.
