RESOLUTION R26-05-09 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, SETTING FEES AND 
SERVICE CHARGES. 
WHEREAS, the written report of the updated fees and charges has been 
properly posted for the required period in accordance with ARS Section 9-499.15; 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the 
City of El Mirage: 
 
1. 
The Fees and Service Charges Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit 
“A,” are hereby adopted. 
 
2. 
The adopted fees will become effective July 1, 2026. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of El Mirage this 5th
